JLN-3780 reinforced 湿水胶带 is a specialized packaging solution for sustainable logistics. The product utilizes 无污染 基材 materials and natural adhesives. This tape serves as a high-performance alternative to traditional plastic tapes in demanding industrial environments.
Reinforced 湿水胶带 utilizes high-density fiberglass filaments embedded within the kraft paper 基材. This structural 增强材料 delivers superior 拉伸强度 for heavy-duty carton sealing and pallet unitization. The composite layer maintains integrity under dynamic shipping stresses and vibration.
The tape is manufactured from 100 percent virgin kraft paper and bio-based starch adhesives. Environmental sustainability is the core value proposition. This product satisfies plastic reduction mandates in the European Union and North America. Full recyclability is achieved within existing cardboard processing streams without separation requirements.
Water-activated adhesive creates a molecular hydrogen bond with corrugated fibers upon hydration. Any attempt to remove the tape causes visible fiber tear on the carton surface. This provides fundamental tamper-evident protection throughout the logistics cycle. Seal integrity remains stable within -10°C to 50°C ambient temperature range.
Compatible with manual water brushes, electric dispensers, and automatic case sealers. Controlled hydration ensures consistent adhesive activation and reduces material waste. The starch adhesive demonstrates reliable wetting performance on lightly dusty or recycled paper surfaces where conventional plastic tapes often fail.
